CLD learning systems and workshops, whether print or eLearning-based, typically utilize objection-handling skills based on the selling skills models used by our individual clients. We are experienced in developing responses to case-study-based physician objections in an eWorkshop environment for interactive small group settings.
CLD has developed modules, audios, summary cards, and
pre- and post-launch blended learning materials that give representatives hands-on practice in selling with clinical reprints.
CLD has written programs on territory marketing analysis, how to write a business plan, and how to use an electronic territory management system effectively. These materials have included quick reference guides, eWorkshops, and eTutorials, in a variety of delivery mechanisms.
